Sound Bath Experience

Sound baths are a beautiful, deeply meditative experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful, therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.

  The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask. After a few minutes of guided meditation and focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. The sounds are created by a variety healing vibrations including crystal bowls, flutes, drums, chimes, and other grounding instruments.

Deepening relaxation

Lowering stress and anxiety

Improving mood and well-being

Improving sleep

Heightening focus and energy

A sensation of rejuvenation

 You don't need any special clothing or equipment for a sound bath, but you should wear comfortable clothes. Practitioners often encourage you to bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye pillows, or other props that will make you comfortable.
